Dr. O'Connor joined the Palo Alto Eye Group in 2016.  She attended the University of California, Santa Barbara where she received her bachelor’s degree in Microbiology.  Dr. O'Connor received her doctorate from the Southern California College of Optometry, graduating with honors, and went on to complete a residency in ocular disease and contact lens at the University of California at Berkeley School of Optometry. She is an active member of the Beta Sigma Kappa International Optometric Honors Society, the American Optometric Association, and the San Mateo Optometric Society.  In 2015 she was voted best eye doctor in San Francisco by Bay Area Parent readers.  She is glaucoma certified and performs comprehensive eye examinations. She also provides a comprehensive fitting of contact lenses including the most advanced soft and gas-permeable astigmatic, bifocal, tinted, and custom-designed lenses available.
